Delivery Policy
The minimum order amount for delivery is $65.00. Delivery fees range from $15 to $18, depending on the location. To ensure same-day delivery, orders must be placed by 12:00 p.m. EDT. Orders received after 12:00 p.m. will not be guaranteed for same-day delivery and may be delivered the following day.
Please note, we do not offer deliveries on Sundays. Any requests for Sunday delivery will be fulfilled on the next business day. Additionally, deliveries to rural route addresses cannot be guaranteed.

Substitution Policy
Substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet, due to lack of availability of certain flowers at the time of your order. Our floral designers will do everything possible to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value.
The substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, however, we may substitute with another color.
